Please read the following important information regarding transfers:

• Email us a copy of your purchase order and any tracking information you may have. Receiving an item without prior notification may result in delays of your transfer. Please make sure we have a correct name and telephone number or email address to reach you.

• ALL transfers require the buyer to complete ATF form 4473 (firearm transfer) and receive an approval code from the NICS background check system; PRIOR to receiving your transferred item. You MUST present a valid ID card to begin the transfer process.

• ALL buyers are required to submit to a NICS background check regardless of if you have a Concealed Weapons Permit. 

• The transfer must be in the buyer's name. We cannot transfer a firearm to someone who was not the intended buyer.

• The transfer fee is $30 for EACH FIREARM and a one-time fee of $5 for the NICS background check. There is no tax on the transfer service. If you pay with a card, a 3% technology fee will apply.

• Cancellations of transfers must be completed by the buyer with the original seller / shipper. We require a pre-paid return label with pick up service, through the shipper of their choice. 

• If a transfer is cancelled AFTER we have accepted the item, we require the $30 transfer fee before we will release the item back the seller / shipper.

•  We do NOT accept transfers from Palmetto State Armory.

Please read the following important information regarding shipping:

• There is a transfer fee of $30 PER FIREARM for shipping. You must have valid ID for us to take the item in for transfer and shipping.

• It is the policy of Rapid-Firearms, LLC to require insurance on ALL transferred / shipped items. We ship all firearms via USPS unless specifically requested by the customer. All items shipped have standard tracking and delivery signature required.

• If your item requires packaging and labels, there are additional fees for these services which will be determined on site. DO NOT SEAL your packages as we need to verify the contents and S/N of EACH item. Ammunition CANNOT be shipped with firearms.

• All outbound transfers require a copy of the receiving stores Federal Firearms License. They must email this store a copy PRIOR to any items being shipped out.
